Three times per week heavy physical therapy work for ball of foot, and for ankle-knee-hip stability.

Weight lifting and rice bucket work in a self-made Tom House system http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_House with help from pro-pitcher Adam Eaton.

4 days a week of core work too.

On Double Bass:
I tried 16th note triplets starting at 60 bpm for one minute, then moved up to 70 for one minute, etc, until I got to, I think it was 130 bpm.  which got me around 688.  Swivel ankles is becoming more familiar.  I use it with Moeller ankles instead of just using Moeller ankles, now.
